1. A $300 deposit is required on all catering. <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>

2. Balance is due on or before the day of the catering.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>

3. 8% sales tax and 20% gratuity is added to price of event.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>

4. 30-day cancellation notice required for deposit refund.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>

5. Guaranteed number of people to be called in 7 days prior to event. Charges will be figured based on that guaranteed number.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>

6. Food tables will be available for 2 hours.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>

7. All prices subject to change based upon market availability.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>

8. Customer responsible for any fees or surcharges required for facility use.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>

9. Additional charges may apply outside of 30 miles from our restaurant.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>

10. All prices listed on this menu are the Cash Discounted Price, there will be a service fee for using a Crdit Card (4%).<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>
